A Short Bio of Monte Neil Stewart

Mr. Stewart has served as United States Attorney (Nevada), Special Assistant Attorney General (Utah), Director, Rex E. Lee Advocacy Program at Brigham Young University’s law school, Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, and as a top-rated litigation and appellate lawyer in private practice. He holds three university-level degrees: M.St., with distinction, Oxford University (2004); J.D., summa cum laude and First in Class, Brigham Young University (1976); and B.A., summa cum laude and Highest Honors, Brigham Young University (1973).

Mr. Stewart is married to the former Anne Lillywhite, and they are the parents of seven sons and three daughters and the grandparents of six. They reside in Orem, Utah.
